Application Systems for Odour Control and Neutralisation To apply the Super F range of odour neutralisation products, Eco Technology Ltd design and manufacture a range of specialist application systems. The Clean Air Solutions systems are competitively priced, available for purchase or hire, with full servicing and maintenance support. Depending on the source of the malodour, systems can be provided for spraying, misting, atomizing or fogging the odour neutralisation products. Our UK wide customer base, use our systems for perimeter applications (landfill sites, contaminated land remediation projects, waste transfer stations, sewage treatment works), direct application (in line dosing for industrial and waste water effluent streams, leachate and waste water lagoons), scrubbers, stacks and many bespoke projects.

Systems may be supplied as fixed or mobile units (complete with diesel generator) with 415, 240 or 110 volt power supply options. Delivery pressures range from 1.5 bar to over 6 bar (depending on the application), and for perimeter systems the length can vary from 50 metres to over 500 metres.

Additional features and optional extras include;

• Frost stat (operates intermittently below a pre set temperature to reduce the risk of the system and water supply freezing),
• Wind control (uses wind direction and velocity to control sprays)
• Secondary dilution tank (to enable remote systems to work for longer periods without refilling)
• Ultra Violet disinfection unit (inclusive with medium pressure system)

Long and short term rental can be undertaken from as little as £100 per week, plus delivery and installation. Mobile and fixed systems are available.


Clean Air Solutions systems have been designed for application of Super F odour neutralisation products. Super F products are essential oil based and biodegradable, giving effective odour control at high levels of dilution. The recommended product for use with perimeter spray applications is the water soluble SFA Plus, typically applied at a nominal 1:600 dilution for 3 metre centres based on an application rate of 1 litre per metre, per hour.

Product supply can be charged as an all inclusive item based on application parameters, or charged per litre for supply only applications. Alternatively other manufacturers' odour control products, masking agents or perfumes may be used with our systems.
