Increasing pressure from Regulatory Bodies, internal
environmental management systems, customers, and stakeholders may mean
that you need to address the level of environmental awareness amongst
your staff.
Staff may be ignorant of the environmental and legal impact
of their actions with respect to materials usage, waste handling, and
recycling. Likewise, use of resources such as electricity, gas and water
have in the past been taken for granted, with disregard for costs and
environmental impact.
The right training is vital in order to help staff understand
your goals as a company, in achieving and maintaining any internal EMS,
ISO 14001 or EMAS certification. Staff need to understand the laws surrounding
your activities, in order to make sure they help the company stay compliant.
Staff need to understand and to `buy in' to your green initiatives such
as energy and water minimisation, waste segregation, and recycling schemes.

We aim to make the course relevant to staff on global,
personal (domestic) and work levels. Courses are illustrated with photographs,
industry examples, practical exercises and discussions. We encourage
the incorporation of specific company procedures, site specific examples
and data.
We can tailor training courses to suit your needs and
the abilities of all the staff involved. Training can be delivered to
high level management right through to the key operational staff, such
as goods in, stores, cleaning, security and administration.
Courses are typically concluded with a written assessment
for attendees to demonstrate understanding and application of the knowledge
gained through the training. The marked assessment papers are ultimately
returned for staff records, and they provide excellent evidence of training
for any internal or external audit purposes. Attendees successfully
passing the assessment will receive certification.
